How to Access your .mil email
Before you can access your .mil email you must have the DOD root certificates installed and trusted. Please follow the instructions in the attached pdf “Trusting_DOD_OKIs” document. Once this is completed, please follow steps below to get .mil email.
- Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser.
- Access the DoD Login Portal by clicking on DoD Login Portal - Sign In
- Sign in using your Army webmail with your CAC (Common Access Card).
- Enter your CAC (Common Access Card) pin to authenticate your account.
