Fix Microsoft Authenticator Loop
This article details how to fix the Microsoft Authenticator loop when logging in to Outlook or Team from your mobile device.
1. Log in to microsoft365.com using Edge or Chrome browser from a laptop.
2. You will be presented with the screen below. Clear your browser history/cache and try again if you do not see this screen.
3. Click Next to verify your information such as phone number and external email address. Click Looks good.

4. You may now log in to Outlook or Teams from your mobile device without Microsoft Authenticator looping.
