Rebuild Damaged / Corrupted Outlook “Offline Storage Table” .OST File

Must have internet connection!!
Close outlook.
Open File explorer, GoTo View > Show and select File name extensions and Hidden items
Navigate to the following directory.
C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Rename OST file from first.last@convergintfederal.com.ost to first.last@convergintfederal.com.ost.old
Open File explorer, GoTo View > Show and de-select File name extensions and Hidden items
Re-open outlook. Outlook will rebuild the OST file. Depending on Your mailbox size and internet connection this could take anywhere from several minutes to several hours. During this period Outlook performance and email delivery may appear sluggish.

Important Note: You must have a good internet connection to perform this task. Please do not attempt without internet connection.
